Hunting Monsters better than the original

Monster Hunters - The Board Game and this kickstarted at about the same time. I am very happy that I was patient and went for Primal. The minis are great, and the gameplay is interesting and promises to be well supported going forward. I've heard that the experience is deeper and combat more varied in Primal than in Monster Hunter. And the upgrade process is more interesting. Someday I'd enjoy checking out MH to compare for myself.

The heroes are probably the least interesting minis that come with Primal. That said, these guys (and gal) live up to the promise of hunting ridiculous monsters with crazy, big, JRPG-style weapons.
