I have always liked looking at examples of one color minis and saw an opportunity to experiment with Specter Ops. Starting with "zenithal" highlights, also called pre-shading or primer shading, I applied a wash of wither Carroburg Crimson red or Naggorath Night blue.

As a team based game, I think this works well to add flair and color, without over complicating the game or taking much time.
