Descent 2nd Edition - Zombies
I wanted to paint with my wife and cousin, so I choose the Zombies from Descent - they are not the most detailed minis and seemed a good choice for beginners.
After about 30 minutes, we were all very please with the results from simple blocking out of 3-4 colors and an Agrax Earthshade wash. Goes to show how much time is spent when trying to bring a mini up to a "higher" level of painting above tabletop ready.
