Hi Tucker! I painted in layers: 1. Started out painting the entire "toxic" area with a medium purple, like Xerxes Purple from Games Workshop. 2. Then I washed that with a purple "wash" or "ink". I used Druchii Violet, also from GW. 3. Then I highlighter up with a mix of Genestealer Purple and Xerxes. 4. Mixed a brightest highlight with a bit of ivory from Vallejo Model Color.
