    1. Hi Steven, Sure, thank you so much for your compliment and interest!

      I used the Citadel Contrast paints for the wooden ship bodies. I used bone colors like Ushabti and Screaming Skull for the sails. I washed theses with Sepia wash and then highlighted with Screaming Skull and Ivory. I used standard Citadel base paint Reds, Yellows, Blues, and Greens for the player colors, all from the Citadel or Vallejo ranges. I highlighted with a lighter Layer paint. The countries flags were similarly painted with a base color, then had details added after. They look more detailed than they really are. I used a 0/1 brush to paint those details.
